Built-in navigation

Turn by turn inside the driver app — the driver never types an address. As soon as the trip is on screen, the route is drawn on the map: first to the pickup, then on to the stops and the destination as the trip progresses. The next turn is shown at the top, and the distance counts down with every GPS fix.

Shared alarm

When a driver raises the alarm, it goes out to every vehicle on FleetOS — whatever the company — with name, vehicle and position. The nearest help may well be a colleague from another company. Pictures and sound go only to the driver's own office, and the office's responsible manager gets a text message with the position.

Sharing trips

Dispatch offices can set up a partnership directly in the system once both sides agree. If you have no free vehicle, the system checks whether your partner's vehicles have time and whether it makes sense — and then the trip moves automatically. You only see your own trips and the ones you share.

Vehicle communication with FlexDanmark over SUTI is built and sits in the system. Flex trips land straight in dispatch and on the driver's screen like any other trip. The test connection is open, and we are waiting for FlexDanmark's approval.

GoTaxi is available for Android today. The iOS version is built and on its way through Apple's review, so your customers can book from an iPhone too — with the same map, fixed price and live tracking.

Lyra answers the phone, understands spoken Danish and creates the trip herself — even when the address is said unclearly. She is built and running; she is only waiting for a Danish phone number. The goal is for her to handle the bulk of the calls, so the office only takes the ones that need a person.

Fill in your company name, contact details and number of vehicles, and choose a PIN. The account is created immediately — no waiting and no approval step.

You create vehicles, drivers, rates and opening hours yourself in dispatch. Everything can be changed later.

Drivers log in

Drivers install the app on the tablet once and log in with a vehicle code and PIN. After that it updates itself.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Once. The driver app is installed on the tablet in the vehicle — it needs the tablet's own SIM card to send text messages to the customer along the way. After that it updates itself, so you never install again. Dispatch, the customer portal and everything else run in the browser with no installation.
Card payment in the vehicle runs through SumUp. If you already have a SumUp terminal it can be used directly — the Solo receives the amount automatically from the driver app. We do not support other terminals today, so get in touch if you have a different solution.
The driver app caches trip data locally. The driver can complete ongoing trips and register payment offline. Data syncs automatically when connection is restored.
Yes. All data is stored on servers in the EU, access is controlled via roles and permissions, and personal data can be deleted on request. We sign a data processing agreement with all customers.
